Simple tool required to test efficiency of HVAC components as part of commissioning.

Develop and test tool to analyze results of manual functional tests and detect and diagnose problems.

Accomplishments / Outcomes

Prototype tool alpha-tested at Iowa Energy Center.

Future / Follow-on

Extension to other subsystems, Title-24 acceptance testing?
