Technical leadership; Co-founded non-profit organization to take over update of IPMVP and develop more services.

Accomplishments / Outcomes

International brand name and de facto standard for all "paid from savings" contracts; Leveraged about $3 million of "in-kind" contributions from volunteers; Excellent credibility with key stakeholders including ESCOs; Familiarity with IPMVP in 85 countries (used in about 40-50 countries); International training and certification program (CMVP).

Future / Follow-on

"Rubber meets the road" approach to evaluate the performance of real world technology/program; Indispensable tool for energy efficiency community interested in emissions trading program.
