What We Do

We promote the design, construction, value improvement and operation of affordable, flexible, reliable, and energy-efficient commercial buildings via applied research and development, of integrated whole building technologies and controls, and implementation strategies.  Our research supports energy entrepreneurs, building owners and energy program implementers, such as utility incentive programs, researching and validating cost effective strategies for customers, vendors and implementers, with a focus on improving customer choice.
